Hi Chris, Yes I am using the shield with airspeed sensor and the Pitot tube is plugged into the top nipple. The altitude for each waypoint is about 50m.
I went test flying yesterday, as soon as I switched onto the waypoint mode (middle switch), my throttle cut off. Does anyone know where the problem lies? I am using ardupilot version 2.2.3 for the easystar.

Is the source available anywhere? The program doesn't run under Mono which means anyone who doesn't use Windows can't use the latest ardupilot. I'm quite happy to re-write the program in something a bit more platform agnostic.

I am currently using a Linux based system and was wondering if the source code for the Ardupilotconfig tool (beta3 version) was available as I can't upload the waypoints on the board at the moment. I'm extremely interested in writing a platform neutral clone of ardupilotconfig, and would be quite happy to share the results.
