Building DIY UAV platform

This post is about developing the best solution for low budget amateur uav flying. I am hoping everybody in the community will help out with ideas.

I'm not a specilist my self, but I am able to do 3D modelling in Inventor, so ideas can be visualized an illustrated. Of course also 2D workdrawings, so the project can be DIY.

The name of the game must be something like this:
1. Low cost
2. "Easy" to build (DIY)
3. Stabile platform
4. 500g - 1000g Payload
6. Flighttime about 1 hour 4000-5000 m

Hi hooks i m the guy like you testing 2.0 version on my twin star and faced the same problem what you faced reversing the elevator servo and though i m good in c so i made the changes rightly and its working well with hand movements. Hooks i would like to ask you that whether u got success in flying your easy star with 2.0 version including waypoint navigation. is there any important stuff i had to keep in mind before launching my plane with 2.0 version....... expecting ur experience can teach me..
